RETURN POLICY

At Hysterical we want you to love your purchase, if something isn't right, we're happy to help

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags and packaging).

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Final sale items (e.g., discounted or personalized products) cannot be returned.

TIMEFRAME

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be postmarked within 7 days of approval.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer responsibility: You cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refunds: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

REFUND PROCESS

Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process refunds within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Free shipping is eligible if the exchange is due to our error.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers are responsible for customs fees on returned items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we’re not liable for lost return packages.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Swimwear, underwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
